I come from a background with a combined total of over 15 years of athletic experience in Track & Field, Football, and Martial Arts.
I have a varying clientele, and I’ve trained people of all ages from preteens to elderly clients, and people with conditions like Hypertension and Multiple Sclerosis!
I got in to personal training because I loved the instructing/teaching aspect of my former career as a first aid/CPR instructor, but have been an athlete for most of my life… So I put 2 and 2 together, and I figured I would lead a more fulfilling career as a personal trainer!
