This type of training is perfect for people who want to improve their posture or have some chronic pains from being too static (for example, you may have a job that requires you to sit for long periods of time) and want to get rid of them.
There are many ways that a client can lose weight. I prefer to train clients the tried and tested way of losing weight, and more importantly: Keep it off! We start off by increasing your metabolism, so that when you get to your goal weight, it can stay there!
For athletes trying to be the best at their sport. I’m not here to train your skills, that’s your coach’s job. The purpose of this style of training is to increase the attributes that are characteristic of your sport. It is very important to make sure you have ample rest before and after your sessions!

I’ve made arrangements with Westmount Fitness Club to train clients with their facilities. Memberships are not included in the rates, however it does NOT cost extra to train at Westmount Fitness while in a session with me! Westmount Fitness Club has a wonderful facility with various equipment and spaces from standard gym equipment to volleyball court and martial arts studios!
You can start out slow to give your body time to adjust to your new fitness routine, or go all in for faster results!
